MBA from NUST, Honours Degree in Banking and Finance, Certified Internal Control Specialist (Internal Control Institute), Full IOBZ Diploma, Higher Diploma in Finance from the Institute of Administration and Commerce (1AC), Higher Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting
Charity was appointed Chief Operations Officer in May 2025. Prior to that, she was the Head of Operations at Nedbank Zimbabwe. She joined Nedbank in 2017 as an Internal Control Manager and rose through the ranks to her current position. She held several positions at Kingdom Bank, NMB, and FBC, gaining expertise in banking operations, credit, and sales. Charity holds an MBA from NUST, an Honours degree in Banking and Finance, and several professional diplomas. She is also a Certified Internal Control Specialist with the Internal Control Institute. Charity has over 20 years of banking experience.
